of Cleveland, Ohio, and Serving all of the State of Ohio! Providing good service means taking the time to listen. I

$200.00 Minimum Fee includes: Necessary Records to establish your Property Boundary Lines; Copy of latest public
record; All Existing Property corner Monuments located and marked; Missing or Obliterated corners identified. All
surveys are in compliance with The Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4733 Final Cost will be directly
proportionate to the time, work & liability of your project! Will not exceed $200.00 unless additional
work is required & requested and AUTHORIZED by the client! SERVICES Include;
Boundary, MLS (Mortgage Location Survey) ALTA (American Land Title Association) Topographic, Site~Plans, Plot~Plans, Major
and Minor Subdivisions, Lot Splits & Consolidations, FEMA - Flood Elevation Certificates, Construction Layout and
